2018/01/01 第1349期 | 訂閱/退訂 | 看歷史報份 羅智成 ／香港最美的風景 羅智成聯合報 常聽人家說，台灣最美的風景是人，充滿人情味的人。 有時候我覺得，香港最美的風景也是人，假日歡聚於鬧區的那些移工。 那時，我初到香港長住。某個禮拜天到中環赴會，才走出地鐵站就被一片非常奇特的景觀所震撼。那就是因為休假從各方匯聚於此的各地移工。她們遍布鬧市各個角落，人數比在地人、比觀光客都多得多；音量就更不用說了！歡樂、急切的言談和各種聲響，把整個空間烘托得像個快樂的巨大鳥園。這個景象讓我對香港人、香港政府一下子有了生疏的好感。最近，再從一樣的地鐵出口走出來，迎面而來的依舊是鬧熱滾滾的移工日。 眾所周知，香港是一個重效率、重管理，極有秩序的現代都會，有時也不免讓人覺得是一個頗為現實、勢利而缺乏溫情的城市。 這樣一座道貌岸然、光鮮亮麗的城市，竟然可以容忍這樣一種未預期、未規畫，自發性的擁擠與雜亂在最精華的市中心長期、定期存在，相較於歐美社會近年來的排外、歧視與壓制，我覺得實在是遠為文明的舉措。 香港總是隨時快速地流動著，任何人在街頭上慢下來或停了下來，就可能被嫌擋到人潮或別人的去路。我們也注意到，在香港，許多地方是沒有座椅的，它似乎也意味著：除非是工作、消費或移動，一個站或坐在鬧區的人是多餘的。 香港的鬧區幾乎沒有座椅，但是一到周末，特別是禮拜天，歡聚的移工們把每個地方都變成了座椅。 這些來自菲律賓、印尼、越南或其他地區的移工，在辛苦工作一個禮拜後，相約在各個交通方便、熱鬧又好玩的地方放鬆一下，感覺就像學生在郊遊的集合地點就地郊遊一樣。她們或者仔細打扮，或者輕鬆著裝，把舊紙箱、塑膠布鋪在地上或圍成框框，三五成群、密密麻麻地坐在人行陸橋上、陸橋的樓梯上、大馬路邊、小巷弄裡、騎樓下、草地上、公園裡、欄杆旁、廣場邊、地鐵站前，悠閒自在的聊天、打牌、睡覺、野餐、玩手機、編頭髮、塗指甲油、拍照、買賣東西，甚至還有好幾個團體在空曠的地方表演、排練舞蹈或集會演講。 而在相鄰的場所，屈臣氏、麥當勞、吉野家，賣場裡、速食店裡，也一樣擁擠著印尼的、菲律賓的、帶頭巾的、不帶頭巾的職業婦女，用餐、購物、匯款、兌換錢幣，忙碌、自在而熟練。其中，往ＩＦＣ的陸橋、往中環地鐵站和ＳＯＨＯ區的過道、維多利亞公園一帶的歡聚最為壯觀。 當過兵的我，永遠記得假日放風時的歡欣，因此完全能體會她們想好好過一天的心情，也真心替她們感到高興。 記得有一次，台灣的媒體也報導，由於人數愈來愈多的移工聚集於台北火車站，引發了一些旅客的側目與相關論戰。看起來，台灣最美的風景還不太能適應香港最美的風景。但是我覺得，並沒有什麼人需要被責難；這只是辛苦的移工朋友和在地人互動更加緊密、頻繁時，彼此學習與溝通的契機。重點是：當移工朋友在此工作、生活時，他們的身分就不僅是移工－他們更是我們的鄰居。而有關單位在訂定處理辦法時，可以先來香港看看。 我一直相信，本質上，華人社會是極為包容、寬大的，這不是來自於政治正確的理念，只是將心比心的善良，和來自人性的體諒。我也相信，為了讓辛苦的出外人有個方便又愉快的假日，除了交通安全不可以打折之外，大家都願意為美麗的風景付出代價。 （作者為作家、詩人） •派對要停了？2018年賺錢可沒那麼容易 全球從北美、歐洲、亞洲到整體新興市場，罕見地持續經濟同步成長；同時，通膨率與利率環境維持在歷史低點。「但是，明年賺錢可沒那麼容易了。」威爾森話鋒一轉說。投資人要怎麼布局2018年的策略？ •《大娛樂家》追求夢想與珍惜擁有的平衡 《大娛樂家》訊息很正面，先是追求夢想，再來是得到掌聲之後想要更多，但魚與熊掌不可兼得，不知不覺中就忘了初衷，最後再發生一些事件，重新思考什麼才是對自己重要的。
